- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive bids.
- Prepare detailed bid proposals and present them to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.
- Monitor market trends and pricing changes to adjust estimates accordingly.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for plan takeoffs and document management.
- Assist in project management tasks as needed to ensure successful project execution.

**Skills**
- Proficient in HeavyBid software for construction estimating.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for efficient document management and plan takeoffs.
