Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and security
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document and maintain IT procedures and knowledge base

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols
- Proficiency in MacOS and Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems
- Knowledge of firewall configurations and VPN setups
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate technical information effectively

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
