**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Learn and memorize all of our food and beverage menu items
- Greet customers upon entrance
- Sanitizing and cleaning tables, bar and prep areas and wash glassware/dishes
- Deliver orders to customers in a timely and respectful manner
- Use your knowledge of the food and beverage menu to make great suggestions for guests and answer all menu related questions
- Prepare beverages, alcoholic drinks, and cocktails
- Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up prep stations, taking out trash, and checking and cleaning bathrooms.
- Must provide great customer and have a commitment to professionalism
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ability to work on your feet for long hours at a time
- Maintain inventory and control of bar stock and order supplies
- Clean bar area and wash glassware
- Learn and complete opening and closing duties properly
- Have a passion for providing Xhale’s Hospitality

**Who You Are?**

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience in food service and restaurant environments
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Understanding of sanitation practices and food preparation techniques

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
