Columbia Forest Products, the leading manufacturer of decorative hardwood plywood and rotary cut veneers is looking for an experienced internal sales and customer service representative for their Canadian operations. This individual will work closely with the field sales team to service an existing base of distributors.
It is the ISR/CS’s role to monitor distributor purchases, ensure orders are accurate and the products meet customer needs. The ISR/CS is also responsible for preparing quotes, follow allocations per Field Sales Representative (FSR), per customer and per mill, monitor orders, prices and keep customers and mills aware of any changes. Therefore the ISR/CS needs to work very closely with customers, other ISRs, the FSR team as well as key contacts (purchasing, production and logistics) from each of our mills.

Columbia Forest Products, principal fabricant de contreplaqué de bois dur et de placages décoratifs, est à la recherche d'un(e) représentant(e) qualifié(ée) afin de combler un poste de ventes internes / service à la clientèle pour nos opérations canadiennes. Cette personne travaillera en collaboration avec l'équipe de ventes externes pour servir une base existante de distributeurs.
La responsabilité du (de la) représentant(e) de ventes internes/service à la clientèle sera d’analyser les achats des distributeurs/consommateurs, de s’assurer que les commandes sont précises et que les produits vendus répondent aux besoins des clients. De plus, cette personne sera responsable de faire des soumissions, suivre les allocations par représentant des ventes externes, par client et par usine, faire le suivi des commandes, des prix et de tenir les clients et les usines au courant de tous changements. Donc ce poste exige de travailler de très près avec les clients, les représentants aux ventes internes et externes ainsi qu’avec les personnes clés (achats, production et logistique) des différentes usines.
