**SUMMARY**:

- To manage unserviceable components through the repair cycle to support AAR’s Commercial Programs, from RO generation to delivery back and RO closure.
- Optimize AAR and customer asset availability by minimizing total repair cycle turnaround time by pro-active RO management.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction from supplier and appropriate customer recharges.
- Provide visibility into repair cycle by maintaining accurate data, notably key milestone dates.
- Expediting of critical assets to support asset availability and customers.
- Meet departmental KPI’s.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Repair Cycle Specialistis responsible for their team’s delivery of all MRO process steps for RO’s under their management, which includes, but is not limited to:

- RO generation.
- Escalating inbound / outbound miss-shipments + exceptions.
- Working with supplier base to obtain quotes, status updates, milestones and query responses.
- Ensuring all managed RO’s are appropriately actioned and updated in the relevant IT systems to allow them to be delivered in and close out of WIP.
- Ownership of repair cycle for designated customers, developing creative solutions to overcome operational challenges.
- Provide leadership and line management to meet team goals and fulfil departmental KPI’s.
- Undertake on-site customer / supplier visits as required. To include score carding, customer feedback and negotiation of to resolve issues.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives for MRO. Identifying issues and solutions to overcome.
- Carry out any miscellaneous tasks or related duties deemed necessary by line manager.
