Our Systemair facility located in Tillsonburg Ontario is the manufacturing center of commercial air handling units (AHU) for North America. Our clean, air-conditioned location along with our family like atmosphere provides a comfortable and friendly work environment where we continue to grow our product range.

**Responsibilities include**:
Payroll for hourly and salaried employees

Month end payroll accruals and postings

Accounts Receivable

Collecting, allocating and posting transactions

Help coordinate all month/year end processes and analysis

Assist in completing monthly/annual balance sheet reconciliations

Financial reporting

Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries and bank accounts

Attendance management

Filing

Other projects assigned by Financial Manager

**Qualifications required**:
Minimum two years of handling payroll functions

Minimum two years of Accounts Receivable experience

Formal accounting education or equivalent experience will be considered

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong work ethics, confidentiality and positive attitude

Trustworthy and dependable with strong analytical skills

Organized, accurate and attentive to details

Flexible team player able to work with minimum supervision

Experienced problem solver with ability to handle multiple tasks

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows with solid Excel skills

Working knowledge of Infor and Ceridian (Powerpay/Dayforce) is an asset

Project management experience is an asset
