Our business seeks the addition of a **Parts Representative** for our Surrey, British Columbia location.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Providing excellent customer service and parts knowledge while meeting the needs of clientele ranging from golf course, mountain resort, municipalities and walk-in customers.
- Work effectively with a team of colleagues within the parts department to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the warehouse as needed including operating a forklift, picking, packing and shipping parts orders and completing necessary paperwork.
- Minimum two to five years of related work experience;
- Excellent mechanical aptitude is required;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines;
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize issues;
- Excellent verbal communication skills;
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently as well as with a team;
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results;
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs;
- You may be required to travel to the US for vendor-specific certification. A valid passport and ability to enter countries outside of Canada is a requirement for this position.
