Responsible for supporting for supporting the on-going operations of Finance and Tax teams by being the first point of contact for supporting timely resolution of technical issues and supporting our internal customers’ requests.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Prioritizing and identifying requests that can be supported by finance systems team or needs the support of other teams across or outside the organization to execute.
- Support testing and promotion of solution.
- Follow up with stakeholders in resolving open (not-completed) requests, especially with critical requests.
- Develop broad knowledge of basic system administration functions (user setups, manual execution of critical functions, etc.)
- Update living documentation (key system functions, external points of contact, etc.).
- Provide periodic reporting on work (items in progress, completed, etc.).
- Support projects if/as necessary.
- Consolidating Finance and Tax processes to best practice for all locations when possible.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Post-secondary education.
- 1-2 Years’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of System administration functions.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting process is an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Access, Visio).
