Mosaic is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will support people in making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Your top priority will be to conduct sales presentations to visitors at our Home Stores. You’ll generate excitement around our homes and communities, ensure our Home Stores are clean and presentable, update our CRM, and provide assistance with signage management and general administration. You’ll also receive continuous training to increase your knowledge and hone your skills.

Who You Are
You have a post-secondary degree along with previous experience in general sales or retail, your own vehicle, and a willingness to work at various locations across the Lower Mainland.
You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising.
You are a self-starter, organized, efficient and can think on your feet. You are always striving to hone your skills, do your best work and support your team.
Finally, you’re a team player who builds relationships and brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude who sees possibilities and opportunities.
