Mosaic is growing and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will support people in making one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Reporting to the Sales Vice President, you will conduct sales presentations to our visitors, ensure our Home Stores are clean and presentable, update our CRM, assist with MLS listings and amendments, and be the main point of contact for contract and options administration.

Who You Are

You have a post-secondary degree along with previous experience in real estate, general sales or retail, your own vehicle, and a willingness to work at various locations across the Lower Mainland.

You have a passion for real estate, are on top of the latest trends, and have an appreciation for great branding and visual merchandising.

You get things done. You are organized and detail orientated. You like working in a fast-paced environment where you can build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.

Finally, you’re a team player who brings out the best in others. You have a ‘can-do’ attitude and see possibilities and opportunities all around you.
