**As part of our ongoing growth and success, we are pleased to be advertising for the position of Survey Technician within our Survey team.**

This comprehensive technical and practical Survey Technician position lends itself to someone who enjoys overseeing multiple projects at various stages. Naturally, a major component of this position is establishing excellent communication and rapport with clients, colleagues, contractors, supervisors, and other professional disciplines. This position would work in a variety of survey fields such as legal, civil, 3D scanning, and pre-engineering surveying.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Topographic Surveys
- As-built Surveys
- Legal Surveys (initial data collection/boundary staking)
- QA Survey Checks
- Monitoring Surveys
- Laser Scanning
- Construction layout
- Processing AutoCAD files for data collector use
- Processing Field Data
- Drafting

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Geomatics or Civil
- 1-2 Years’ Experience (summer experience also expectable)
- Follow safety policies and procedures.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint John, NB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
