Every one of our team leaders has the training, qualifications, and expertise to manage any Northwest Fencing Project, we take safety seriously for our team, equipment’s, clients, and the environment. **What You'll Do**

As part of the Northwest Fencing, you will get to:

- Install and repair various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
- Measure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installation.
- Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground.
- Drive steel posts into ground and ensure plumbness.
- Fasten pickets or mesh to posts using hardware.
- Install gates, hinges, and other hardware as needed.
- Inspect and repair gates to ensure proper function.
- Fill out electronic job reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Clean up work area after completing work.
- Always adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.

**Who You Are**
- Experience in fence installation preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience in welding is an asset.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Has a valid G license.

**Salary**: $29.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
