**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Perform interior demolition (walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, finishes)
- Safely remove materials using hand and power tools
- Load and dispose of debris efficiently
- Follow site safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Take direction from supervisors and communicate clearly on site

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong work ethic and reliability (showing up matters here)
- Ability to perform physical labour for full shifts
- Comfort working in demolition environments (dust, noise, PPE)
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Previous demolition or construction experience is an asset, but **not required**:

- Ability to understand and communicate in English (safety-critical)
