**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and CNC milling machines according to specifications.
- Interpret and read blueprints and CAD drawings to determine machining operations.
- Perform CNC programming using Fanuc controls and other relevant software.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to ensure accuracy in machining processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for efficiency.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as needed for assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficient in CNC programming, mill and lathe.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
- Experience with SolidWorks and CAD software for design interpretation.
- Familiarity with basic math principles relevant to machining processes.
- Hands-on experience with machining techniques, including assembly and welding.
- Competence in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
