**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Real Estate and Data centres (RDC) is responsible for managing 7 Kyndryl Data Centres - and the client environments within them - across Canada. RDC is responsible for the facilities and client growth, manage structured data cabling, cabinet placement, power distribution, physical security, and energy efficiency.
- Partner with each data centres manager to a certain site strategy, infrastructure projects, capacity constraints, trends, etc.
- Participate in executing Kyndryl's Real Estate and DC strategy within Canada
- Take inputs from multiple streams to build a Canadian data centre strategy
- Inputs include lease costs and end dates, renewal options for all sites;
- Manage commercial and client details for 65 clients nationally, including agreement terms/dates, growth & migration aspirations, GP and revenue.
- Constant monitoring of all clients' space and power consumption in our data centres.

We will be approaching a hybrid model of working, hence a requirement to work in the office at times focusing on client requirements and collaboration. This position requires visits to different data centres in Ontario.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Project management with data centre migration experience (migration to cloud and lift/shift moves)
- Business operations and finance with experience in real estate and data centres
- Must be able to objectively gather and assess data to develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Outlook, SAP
