**WSIB Administrator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of work-related injury claims. To include but not limited to document submissions and follow-up with WSIB, modified return to work plans, internal coordination with operational group, and injury case management.
- Track all work-related injuries and provide reports/updates upon request.
- Monitor third party insurance claims working with the company broker and relevant operational and functional groups.
- Assume “Super User” classification within the Site Docs platform to provide support to Cavanagh Group of Companies.
- Provide work in collaboration with the HS Team to implement and maintain a comprehensive Health & Safety Management System program.
- Taking direction of the Health & Safety Team, design and develop training modules, communication packages and awareness training tools.
- Liaise with the safety team in preparation, organization, and delivery of daily administrative functions within the safety team.

**Specific Accountabilities**:

- Ability to work flexible hours as dictated by the requirements of the position.
- Comfortable in outdoor industrial, mining, aggregate and construction project settings.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple activities.
- Mature attitude and ability to work effectively independent of supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to attend to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to relate to persons at all corporate levels, with diverse educational, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds.

**Requirements**:

- Applicable College or University is considered an asset
- 2-5 years of experience working in an operational-type role; Health & Safety preferred
- Strong ability to use a variety of office suite software programs. Experience with Site Docs considered an asset
