Data Compilation and Reporting Specialist

Reporting to the Director, Procurement Optimization and Business Intelligence, the Data Compilation and Reporting Specialist will be responsible to administer data collection, compilation and reporting requirements for the Procurement department. **Your day will look like this**: - Create, track and report data visualization Procurement dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) designed for targeted stakeholder audiences (e.g., executive/management, operations, procurement staff) - Own and maintain dashboard - manage performance, enhancements, and introduce new metrics - Define advanced data collection and analysis processes, including digital and AI approaches - Determine opportunities to streamline manual reporting processes - Establish a recurring data collection / consolidation process for all "satellite" data sources - Create ad-hoc Procurement-related reports with data extracts from multiple sources - Work with colleagues and management to identify data problems and implement remedies as needed - Optimize SharePoint use of data repository - Perform Data Normalization (including Manufacturer and Vendor Name Normalization) from multiple data sources - Administer data collection and reporting of the supplier Vendor Incentive Rebate (VIR) and Marketing Development Funds programs - Participate in the implementation of a spend classification taxonomy for reporting and compliance monitoring purposes - Compile quarterly governance reporting requirements and finalize status contents with input from Procurement Leads - Collaborate in the development of a Procurement portal / intranet site to house information for internal company use - Work with Senior Procurement Business Analyst to define requirements **Your profile**: - Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience - Advanced MS Excel analytics skills, including lookups and pivot tables - Analytical thinker with attention to details - Communication skills in French and English required - Knowledge of procurement process - Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment - Effective time management skills and can prioritize and communicate to ensure deadlines are met - Knowledge of developing reports utilizing PowerBI or other data visualization software - SharePoint File Management **Our offer to you**: - Competitive compensation and group insurance plan, including telemedicine service - Corporate savings plan with employer contribution - Skills development activities and opportunities for career advancement - Reimbursement of professional fees required for employment - Reimbursement of professional development fees - Work environment conducive to personal health and well-being - Recognition program - Employee assistance program **We thank all applicants for their interest in Solotech, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
