**Position Overview**:
As Foreman, you will assume a hands on leadership role on site, bridging the gap between management and site employees. You have a strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and practices and a solid understanding of how projects are built. This opportunity is an excellent fit for someone with developed leadership and interpersonal skills who is working toward advancing their career. This is a full time position.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 License and driver’s abstract needed for interview.
- Previous experience required, related to industry preferred.
- Safety certifications preferred (e.g. First Aid/CPR, C.S.T.S, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Confined Space and Ground Disturbance).
- Follow company operating safety policies and procedures.
- 1 year of construction experience, experience in a labour-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to work within a cohesive team/unit
- Must successfully complete pre-employment interview and testing
- Will be part of a team that will be required to move from job site to job site on an as needed basis.
- Capable of working variable shifts with extended hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $31.23-$39.63 per hour
