**Position Overview**
We are currently hiring a **Part-time Front of House (FOH) Team Member** to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a remarkable guest experience by delivering genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service, and ensuring operational excellence. As the face of Chick-fil-A, FOH Team Members provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining brand standards. They also work collaboratively with their team and leadership to uphold Chick-fil-A’s commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction

**What You'll do**
**Guest Experience & Service**
- Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality
- Take, prepare, and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order accuracy and ensure presentation meets Chick-fil-A standards
- Deliver quick and friendly service in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring they feel heard and valued
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and service standards at all times
- Go above and beyond to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction
**Team Collaboration**
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leaders
- Support team performance and restaurant flow by being proactive and reliable
- Stay updated with team’s communications channel and restaurant updates
- Assist and support team members across various roles as needed
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting the Chick-fil-A Heartland core values of “Here to Serve”, Ownership, Care, and Trust
**Note**: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands.
**Work Hours**
- Operating Hours: 9:30 am - 11:00 pm, Monday to Saturday
- Closed Sundays

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quick-service or customer service (preferred)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (44 lbs) and remain on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to creating a positive guest experience
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
