**About the Role**: This is a permanent, full-time position in our Toronto office. Reporting to our Director of Business Development, IT & Administration, you will work closely with Business Development and Engineering team members to focus on the coordination and management of proposals, RFQs and bid presentations.

**Here’s what you will be doing as our Proposals Coordinator**:

- Initiating and coordinating the proposal development process from Go/No-go stage to final delivery of the proposal including initiation/kick-off, strategy development, writing review and approval, tracking proposal metrics, coordinating requirements with contributors, and submitting proposals.
- Creating proposal summary and coordinating relevant internal stakeholders to address project and client needs while best representing our firm’s value proposition.
- Working with stakeholders across the organization to produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing material in alignment with brand standards and deliverables of quality standards.
- Managing the proposal schedule and ensuring proposal timelines are met.
- Participating in the “Go/No-go process”, an evaluation of which projects to pursue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with peers (i.e. proposal/marketing professionals) from client organizations (existing and potential clients).
- Working closely with clients to ensure appropriate branding and cohesive marketing presentation of materials.
- Maintaining an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, proposal content, presentations and project photos while following TCG brand standards. Ensuring all internal and external documents adhere to the TCG brand standards.
- Assisting the BD team with the monitoring of bid search sites (i.e. MERX, Biddingo and others)
- Supporting the BD team through design and updating of presentations and marketing collateral.
- Participating in proposal debriefings for continuous quality improvement processes.
- Acting as a back-up to Business Development team members as required.
- Performing research related to proposal preparation.
