**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily front office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Train, mentor, and lead front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain hotel standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, ensuring that all calls are answered professionally and promptly.
- Monitor front desk activities to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Ensure that the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality environment with a focus on front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.
