We are seeking an experienced Machinist (5+ years) to join our team In this role, you will set up, program, and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision components. You’ll review drawings, plan machining operations, and use CAM software to deliver high-quality parts to exact specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review drawings, samples or instructions to understand specifications of projects.
- Plan and execute machining operations to produce high-quality components.
- Program and operate CNC mills, manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinding machines.
- Use CAM software to design, program, and optimize machining processes.
- Take precise measurements and verify tolerances to within.0002”.
- Monitor machines and adjust to maintain accuracy and performance.
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues, supporting molding operations.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience programming and operating CNC machines.
- Skilled in manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinding machines.
- Experience with CAM software for design and programming.
- Precision measurement ability using calipers and micrometers to within.0002”.
- Strong understanding of metals and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Comfort in a technology-driven, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
