**DOCKETING AND TRADEMARK PARALEGAL FOR A PATENT, TRADEMARK AND LITIGATION LAW FIRM**
- Online payment of required trademark fees;
- Preparing and filing assignments, change of name, change of address, revocation and appointment of agent and reporting to client;
- Sending reminders to clients for upcoming due dates;
- Docketing, monitoring and reminding staff of pending due dates;
- Distribution of mail to clerks;
- Preparing responses to Examiner's Reports for professional review and subsequent submission to the TMO;
- Providing instructions to foreign associates;
- Responding to inquiries from clients regarding trademark, opposition and Section 45 matters;
- Generating trademark reports in accordance with professionals’ and client request and;
- Any other duties that may be assigned
- Strong English communications skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong organization skills and;
- Ability to prioritize
