Sette Food + Drink, located at Seven Lakes Championship Golf, is looking to add hardworking **Prep Cooks** and **Dishwashers** to our kitchen team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prep Cook**:

- Prepare ingredients for daily service, including chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Assist with the preparation of various Italian dishes as directed by the kitchen team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- **Dishwasher**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Ensure all dishes are sanitized and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and kitchen.
- Help with general kitchen maintenance and assist with basic prep duties as needed.
- Remove trash and ensure the kitchen remains organized.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a prep cook or dishwasher is preferred
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with Italian ingredients and kitchen operations is a plus.
- **Reliability**: Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Enjoy working collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food preparation.
