**Administrator - Foundation Excavation Division**

**Your core responsibilities**:

- ** Creating and setting up jobs in our custom job tracking/costing software**:

- ** Collecting, tracking, and inputting daily timesheets for employees and subcontractors**:

- ** Calling and scheduling AB One Call locates for jobsites**:

- ** Communicating and coordinating activities with multiple builders including scheduling digs, purchase order requests, payment statuses, etc.**:

- ** Generating invoicing for multiple builders**:

- ** Matching and comparing subcontractor timesheets with monthly invoices**:

- ** During peak season, supporting grading and loaming projects including assigning jobs to multiple crews, requesting surveys for jobs, keeping job lists organized and up to date**:

- ** Filing job-specific paperwork, hazard assessments, etc.**
- ** Previous experience in construction, particularly residential construction, is an asset**:

- ** Exceptional time management and prioritization skills; this job moves quickly, and we need someone who can keep up**:

- ** Has previous experience in administration or accounting and is adept at invoice, and managing vendor requirements**:

- ** Excellent data entry abilities and a strong attention to detail**:

- ** Above average verbal and written communication skills**:

- ** A team player mentality, and can work both independently and as part of a larger team**
