**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports about job status
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

The work schedule is 40 hours a week Monday to Thursday 10 hour days, this schedule might vary depending on project needs.

**Salary**: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:

- **MUST have 5-10 years of direct experience managing major projects in an Underground Potash Environment**:

- Experience managing Owner and Contracted Resources is required.
- A Supervisor Certificate issued by the Saskatchewan Mines Branch is not required but is considered an important asset.
- Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example: permanent resident, valid work permit, etc)
