Golder, member of WSP is looking for a HRIS Analyst.

This role provides strategic and operational support to internal stakeholders and employees within the assigned group. Working in partnership with the Global HRIS Team, the HRIS Analyst ensures alignment of the business and HRIS strategies.

**A day in the life**:

- Maintain a solid working knowledge of the CORE HR HRIS system, Oracle HCM, in order to effectively utilize its capabilities
- Provide support and expertise in the following areas within Oracle HCM: Taleo Enterprise Edition
- Design, develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Oracle Business Intelligence reporting tools
- Supports users with front-end activities in addition to supporting back-end configuration changes in their area(s) of specialty
- Support in the review/maintenance of training material / reference documentation to support HR in their use of the Taleo platform
- Deliver virtual or in-person module-specific training sessions.
- Support testing during the quarterly updates and enhancements to our HCM suite by Oracle. Pro-actively reviews release notes provided by Oracle in their system area of specialty and prepares additional testing outside of standard regression plans.
- Active participant on platform support sites, researching and networking for solutions.

**Business Partnering**
- Provide support including researching / resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Serve as a primary support/key contact for one or more regional HR teams (or the global function on one or more modules), maintaining a pro-active methodology to working with support group.
- Support the Human Resources team in the configuration and maintenance of the on-going business process

**What you'll bring to WSP...**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in systems administration of Human Resources Systems
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in transactional Human Resources
- Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish
- Experience in deploying offer letter templates and onboarding in Taleo Enterprise Edition
