At WHR Excavating, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we're seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily activities.

**Objectives of this role include**:

- Maintain constant communication with management, employees, and customers to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Track staffing requirements and hiring new employees as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and support a team within a demanding environment.
- Ensuring daily checks of documentation, time sheets, trip inspections have been completed as per WHR policies.
- Ensure each vehicle is equipped with the correct supplies and paperwork needed for each job.
- Operations Supervisor would be responsible for the managing, hiring, and scheduling of employees.
- Working along side office staff to ensure all paperwork is completed and accurate.
- Past experience operating vac equipment would be an asset.

**Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
