**Machine Shop Supervisor - Setup / Operator**

Manufacturing / Production Environment

**Hiring for Straight Days**

Day shift. 5days
- Monday to Friday (44hrs per week)
- Mon-Thur - 6:30am-4:00pm and Friday 6:30am-3:00pm

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- **Working with our associates to ensure machines are set up and running**:

- **Work with our programmers to develop process for machining parts**:

- **Work with our efficiency supervisor to maximize through put**:

- **Work with Scheduling to prioritize jobs**:

- **Work with Maintenance to ensure PM is done.**:

- **Must have a firm understanding of machining principles and CNC equipment**:

- **Machines we use are, CNC mills, horizontal boring mills with pallet pool, dual spindle lathes, some with live tooling, bar feeders and robotics**:

- **Trouble shooting production issues as needed**:

- **Delegate task and work to associates**
- Know how to check dimensions with measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and bore gauges.
- Read blueprints and use measuring instruments as required
- Scan and log activities such as dimensions, quantities complete etc
- Must have good communication and good math skills
- Must have excellent attendances and punctuality
- **Rate is negotiable based on ability.**

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
