**Position**:Maintenance Personnel

**Reporting to**: General Manager

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and inventory.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems, logic controllers, and other mechanical components.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure timely repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and implementing solutions.
- Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, providing leadership and guidance on best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are always followed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Strong electrical skills with the ability to work on logic controllers.
- Experience in welding and fabrication is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising teams is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7A 4B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
