to our team at a multi-tower condominium complex in downtown Toronto. Duties: Perform access control for the facility/area and provide emergency response/assistance
- Providing outstanding, personalized service to members of the public and building tenants/ residents.
- Patrolling inside and outside as required in the post orders on foot and in golf cart
- Ability to operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones.
- Ensure that the Facility’s Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies
- Follow Post Orders for each site posted
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
- Meticulous Record Keeping, Report Writing, Observation skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to drive a golf cart onsite. Employment Requirements:

- Valid Provincial Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Minimum High school education/equivalence
- Condo experience preferred Physical Requirements:

- Walking for long periods of time
- Standing for long periods
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed Licence/Certification:

- Security licence (required) Work Location: In person
