A valid Ontario Security Guard License
- **1 year of previous security experience full time (working as a Concierge Security Guard)**:

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Previous condo experience is an asset
- Ability to speak clearly and be understood in a high end environment
- **Must live in Toronto or in the surrounding areas**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide front line customer service to resident and visitors
- Access control
- Answer telephone calls while at the desk
- Patrols
- Report writing
- Responding to alarms
- Ability to deescalate any given situation
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Perform other duties assigned
