Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our

team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for building strong

relationships with clients and providing exceptional service. Your goal will be to understand our

clients' needs and offer the best promotional solutions to help their brands stand out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers, conducting outreach and arranging meetings.
- Present and demonstrate our range of promotional products and services to clients.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets** while ensuring customer

satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and

gathering feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry

trends.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management, detailing performance and progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the promotional products

industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build

strong relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
