Hours : WED - SAT 10.30am until approx 8.30pm ( we are closed SUN -TUES)

$27 per hour plus share of gratuities

**Responsibilities**
- Food production, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Maintain inventory control by tracking supplies and ordering necessary ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Implement effective shift management practices to optimize kitchen workflow.
- Develop new recipes and enhance existing ones to elevate the dining experience.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork among staff.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in the culinary field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food production techniques, food service management, and kitchen management practices.
- Proficient in inventory management and control to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Solid understanding of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
