Position Description:
The Store Manager is an inspirational leader of the Management team, whose main responsibilities are to maximize store sales while effectively managing wage cost and to achieve high standards of visual and loss prevention. As the leader of exceptional customer service in their store, the Store Manager is responsible for recruiting and ensuring an employee's development for future succession.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail Store Management: 3 years (preferred)
