Vaughan, Canada Bizzare Snax Full time

Bizzare Snax is looking for a Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall store management, including hiring, training, performance coaching, supervision of store team and inventory management. You will be the face of our store and responsible for our customers’ experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise employees on all aspects of selling and merchandise preparation
- Resolve problems when they arise and provide solutions when they have
- Ensure store is fully stocked with all necessary items for customers (including inventory management)
- Deal with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
- Keep updated records of customer interactions and data
- Maintain inventory of products
- Greet customers when they enter the store
- Plan marketing activities to increase sales volume and recommend new products to the company’s employees (e.g. promotions, events)
- Write product descriptions and prices in the store management software so customers can find products they are looking for
- Perform opening and closing duties; make sure the store is clean and organized at all times
- Deal with any issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Education & Experience**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College/University degree preferred but not required.
- Retail experience required
- Experience managing a team of employees required

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
