**Position Overview**

**Seasonal Differences**

This position is year round, but the focus is different in the summer vs the winter.
- **Winter **| Restaurant | September - April | 30+ hours per week
- **Summer** | Food Truck | May - August | 40+ hours per week

**Role**

This position is a hand on manager that operates our food truck through the summer, runs catered events on-site and off-site through our restaurant, and works in daily operations at our restaurant through the off seasons.

**Who are You**

**Age & Requirements**
- 18 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willing and able to drive a truck, pulling a 13’ trailer.
- Availability and flexibility for a changing schedule

**Experience**

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. We’re ready to train the right person who has the drive and willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee food truck and catering operations, including prep, inventory management, and customer service.
- Engage in hands-on tasks such as cooking, food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Drive and manage a food truck and trailer, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
