The lunch truck operator /attendant will be working along side our executive sous chef, to deliver and run the lunch / coffee truck to all areas in the Red Deer and promote our brand

**Must be comfortable driving a small food truck as well as cooking and serving hot foods**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Help oversee the day to day operations at the food truck.
- Maintain the required records including food production, inventory, and meal counts
- Ensure food truck staff follow proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Preside over food truck employees including cooks, food preppers, and cashiers
- Prepare and serve the food
- Ensure all staff are following the food truck menus set by the Culinary Services manager
- Record required cooler temperatures, food waste, and food temperatures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, and proper rotation of product
- Supervise and train food truck employees
- Effectively follow opening and closing food truck procedures
- Maintain all kitchen equipment

**You Have**:

- 6 months experience in a leadership role in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
