This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Oakville, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling company services, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and creating marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks also involve preparing sales reports and providing training to the junior sales team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management for Media Production agencies
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with the advertising and media production industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: $36,335.90-$89,251.82 per year
