**Duties**:

- In conjunction with the Project Manager assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Foster and maintain positive relations and communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Support the evaluation and selection of vendors and contractors
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports for management
- Provide safety leadership through implementation of GMR Safety Program and monitoring of safety performance of project team and subcontractors
- Review and analyse costs and identify revenue opportunities

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to manage residential / commercial construction, restoration and renovation projects
- Ability to understand, interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management software, CAD will be considered an asset

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project coordination: 2 years (preferred)
