Euro Nails is a luxury nail salon with two boutique locations - one in New Westminster and one in Yaletown. We are offering first‑class luxury services and authentic Russian manicures.

We’re looking for a warm, organized Hostess who will be the first impression for our elite clientele and support both salons as needed.

**Expectations and Deliverables**:

- Greet and welcome each guest with genuine warmth, offer tea, coffee or water.
- Manage phone and online inquiries, and be confident with booking software to schedule, adjust, and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate with our technicians, many of whom speak limited English, to relay client preferences and ensure smooth service flow.
- Data entry, cash reconciliation, inventory tracking, and maintaining up‑to‑date client records.
- Keep reception and waiting areas spotless and styled to reflect Euro Nails’ luxury experience.
- Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven front‑desk or customer service experience (salon, hospitality or high‑volume retail).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, plus fluency in Russian or Ukrainian to bridge language gaps with our nail technicians.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
- Comfort with digital booking systems, POS terminals, and basic inventory management.
- A polished, professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering a five‑star guest experience.
- Flexible availability, including evenings (Fridays until 8 PM) and weekends.
