Journeyman Ironworker

Each day we’re expanding our horizons and as part of our growing team, we are looking to hire a **Journeyman Ironworker** for our project in Fort McMurray, AB.

**About** **the** **Role**:
**Requirements**:

- Industrial / Commercial / Construction Experience
- H2S
- First Aid
- Drivers License
- Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Test
- Journeyman Ironworker Certificate

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Rigging and crane signalling
- Measurement and layout
- Installation of structural, equipment, and piping spools
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts

**Schedule**:

- 14 on - 7 off shift
- 11 hours per day
- Overtime

**Accommodations and Travel**:

- Camp and meals provided
- Flights from Calgary & Edmonton

**Salary**: $44.00-$62.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort McMurray, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
