This permanent position offers a 40-44 hour work week, with overtime available as required, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement. DSP Accepted ($56 per hour) **Key Responsibilities**: - Lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair piping systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in various process piping systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail. - Interpret technical drawings, isometrics, cut sheets, and structural shop drawings to determine layout requirements and ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. - Collaborate with team members to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions that drive project success. - Tack, weld, and thread joints to join pipes and fabricate sections of piping systems ranging from 2" to 36", utilizing your expertise and skills. - Perform table fitting, fit spools together, and structural layout with meticulous attention to detail. - Install supports, valves, piping, and control systems, contributing to the overall success of projects. - Test systems for leaks using testing equipment, including hydro testing, and prioritize material receiving and quality control. **Skills and Qualifications**: - Journeyman Pipefitter certification (Red Seal preferred). - 1-2 years of directly related work experience. - Experience with plasma table operations preferred. - Prior ironworking experience preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Embrace a culture of safety and accountability, always prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. **Ready to Join the Canoco Team?** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
