Position Summary
Looking for an opportunity to spread your wings and grow professionally? Your day might include working closely with the business development or ecommerce teams to identify opportunities and build campaigns, creating landing pages in HubSpot, brainstorming high-value content, meeting with professional services to plan the next webinar, or analyzing what we've produced to determine what's working or not to recommend next steps. We have all kinds of exciting projects in the pipeline - the opportunities to grow and learn are endless
In this role, you will...
- Partnering with senior leadership to build a marketing strategy and plan that supports both short-term and long-term marketing objectives for our B2B sales goals.
- Owning campaigns and programs across multiple channels that drive inbound leads and increase conversions
- Ensuring campaign, content, and messaging, alignment with business initiatives, external market trends, competitor moves, and gathering feedback to continually optimize or pivot results
- Reporting on and optimizing marketing activities, including lead nurturing efficacy, and ROI to ensure campaign and program effectiveness and communicate business results
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan projects and deadline - and working together to keep projects on track
- Offering recommendations on where improvements can be made
- Assessing feedback and input from sales and business leaders on what messages will influence our target markets
- Day-to-day campaign and program management

About you...
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, particularly writing.
- Comfortable working and collaborating within a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Team player, with consensus-building skills
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Bilingual preferred
