**Responsibilities**:

- Furniture, Rugs and Mattress Sales
- Interior space planning and colour scheme and design proposals
- Set clear goals for sales to be measured daily
- Make compelling presentations to make it easy for the guest to say yes Use tools available, floor planning, and sketching to provide a full presentation
- Utilizing our North American and Imported Furniture brands
- Managing guest concerns and overcome objections to close the sale
- Using our CRM to manage your personal sales tasks, pipeline, and closing
- Engage with each opportunity with a goal to either close the sale or secure an appointment with them
- Increase customer satisfaction reviews and utilize innovative programs for upselling
- Responsible for tracking client orders through to completion
- Provide a clean and safe store environment for all customers and team members
- Daily Showroom improvements

Critelli Furniture is a fourth-generation family owned and operated retail furniture and design destination store in downtown St. Catharines, Ontario. Our wide assortment of North American and Imported Furniture, Hand Knotted Rug Market, Mattresses, lighting, accents and art from the finest leading brands are creatively presented in 7 showrooms. Pay: $45,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
