As a Customer Response Centre Agent, you'll embark on a challenging journey as the main point of contact for ClaimSecure's plan members, plan sponsors, and Healthcare Providers. Your mission will involve handling phone inquiries with enthusiasm and precision to uphold our excellent service levels. You'll project a professional company image and be the go-to person for providing efficient assistance to all our valued customers. **Principal Responsibilities**:
- Put your problem-solving skills to the test by researching, identifying, and resolving customer inquiries using our innovative software.
- Don't worry if things get tricky - we’ve got your back You’ll learn when and how to escalate issues according to our established policies.
- Become a sleuth of information as you research required details using available resources.
- Be a facilitator by routing inquiries to the appropriate resources, ensuring everyone gets the help they need.
- Keep things organized by documenting all call information according to our standard operating procedures.
- Become the trendsetter of customer inquiries by recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team to any emerging patterns.
- Make sure every customer feels valued by following up on inquiries whenever necessary.
- Embrace the power of data by completing call logs and reports - you'll be an analytics pro in no time

To thrive in this exciting environment, we're looking for individuals with the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and maybe some extra vocational or professional certification
- Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment and/or related field (Data entry, health-related field) - you're no stranger to the action
- Know the ins and outs of customer service practices and principles - making customers happy is your specialty
- Flaunt your excellent data entry and typing skills - you're quick and accurate
- Your listening and verbal communication skills are top-notch - you're a great conversationalist
- Be calm, cool, and collected - you know how to handle stressful situations with grace and poise.
