**Senior Immigration Consultant**

**Responsibilities**

**1. Client Consultation & Immigration Planning**
- Provide professional immigration consultation and tailor personalized immigration plans (e.g., study permits, skilled immigration, investment immigration) based on client needs.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and regulations, ensuring clients receive accurate and compliant information.
- Assist clients in preparing required documentation to meet Canadian immigration standards.

**2. Immigration Application & Document Preparation**
- Maintain extreme attention to detail to ensure all documentation is error-free and maximizes approval rates.

**3. Team Collaboration & Case Follow-up**
- Work closely with sales consultants to assess client eligibility and develop optimal immigration solutions.
- Coordinate efficiently with document processing teams, legal advisors, and government agencies to ensure smooth case progression.

**4. Client Relationship Management**
- Provide ongoing support to clients, answering their inquiries and guiding them through the entire immigration process.
- Handle complex and challenging cases by offering customized solutions and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Professional Certification**: Must be a **Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)** or hold an equivalent legal designation.
- **Self-Motivation**: Strong ability to work independently and proactively drive cases forward without requiring constant supervision.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Strong client-focused mindset, able to understand and address client needs with high professionalism.
- **Team Collaboration**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with the sales and document processing teams.
- **Language Requirements (mandatory)**:Fluent in Mandarin and English** (French or Cantonese is an asset).
- **Responsibility & Stress Management**: Capable of maintaining high work quality in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience with **LMIA, employer-sponsored immigration, work permits, and study permits**.
**Fluency in French or Cantonese** is an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Signing bonus

- Toronto, ON M2J 4R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
