Enoch Consulting Group is a company serving hundreds of international students and new immigrant families to start their new lives in Canada. Due to the increasing workloads and company development needs, we are hiring a Junior Immigration Consultant to join our team.

**Position Summary**

**Position**: Senior Consultant - Immigration

**Job type**: Full-time

**Location**:North York Office

**Schedule**:Monday-Friday

**Salary/Wage**:TBD

**Main Responsibilities**
- Consulting new clients on the matters of immigration, and zero in on the best solution based on clients’ needs;
- Answering questions and inquiries from existing clients regarding their immigration cases in a timely and efficient manner with excellent customer service;
- Identity legal issues, analyze cases, and determine appropriate strategy;
- Providing clients with detailed lists of required information and documents, tracking communication with clients and reviewing received information and documents;
- Drafting legal correspondence including support letters, inquires, submission letters, etc.
- Staying current with any changes in procedures and requirements by IRCC, CBS, and ESDC, conducting research if necessary to be most knowledgeable with all immigration terms and conditions;
- Organizing and updating client database and files;
**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required;
- ICCRC license in good standing;
- Extensive experience in completing customer inquiries and signing orders independently;
- Excellent writings in English is required;
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, speaking Cantonese would be an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Immigration Consultant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RCIC/CICC (preferred)
