**Job Title: Campus Recruiter**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Duration: 12+ Months**

**Remote work until the office re-opens**

**Role & Responsibility**
- **Must be Bilingual (English and French)**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required, including direct campus recruiting experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes, procedures, and tools
- Good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis
- Good understanding of the external marketplace/trends
- Data analysis experience
- Experience with Workday as an asset

**Professional Skill Requirements**:

- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; in English and French
- Strong supervisory, coaching, and project management skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation, and conflict management skills
- Excellent business and industry acumen
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting

**Salary**: $40.00-$42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
