The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all Members and guests in a timely manner. You will also be accountable for the cleanliness and maintenance of all Locker Room facilities. The Attendant is expected to be well-groomed and friendly, while representing TEN X TORONTO in a professional manner._

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Provide professional, timely and friendly service to all Members and guests of the Club, maintaining visible presence on the floor at all times
- Perform general cleaning throughout the Club
- Perform thorough cleaning of tennis and squash courts on an hourly basis
- Perform thorough cleaning of the Fitness Floor and Strength Zone on an hourly basis
- Prepare and maintain the Locker Room facilities daily, to the standards set out by your supervisor
- Restock unit dispensers containing, towels, toilet paper, hand towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, and all other amenities provided to the Members and Staff
- Launder and fold towels, laundry, Staff uniforms etc.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties as directed by your manager and according to the daily checklist, including but not limited to setting up work areas and stocking of supplies, etc.
- Monitor and clean the floors as needed throughout the day to guarantee that there is no dirt, grass, mud or any other debris on the floor that is visible to Members or guests.
- Perform other duties as necessary to help the team achieve success

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience in a Club or related industry._
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of guests, employees and management._
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills_
- Well groomed, co-operative and outwardly friendly team player_
- Good organizational and problem solving skills._
- Excellent oral and written communication skills._
- A_bility to lift up to 20 pounds._
- Flexible shift availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required. _
